Where can I connect and grow?
At Solano Valley Church, we offer multiple connection points where you can worship, grow, serve, and reach others for Christ with us!
Worship: Psalm 34:3 (NIV) says, “Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!” Worship is the act of giving God the honor he deserves and applauding his greatness. It’s an action, an attitude, and a lifestyle. Through Christ-centered, heartfelt music and the transformational teaching of God’s word, we regularly invite people to connect with God and enlarge their appreciation for who he is and what he has done (and continues to do) for us. We also seek to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.
There are several ways for people to serve in our worship ministry:
Groups: God wants us to be connected with each other in the kind of community that encourages people to grow and become more like Christ. Groups provide a place for all of this to happen; a safe place where you can experience God’s love, grace, and power in your life.
Children & Student Ministries: Children and youth are a big part of our church. We offer classes for children from nursery to 6th grade on Sunday and youth programming on Wednesday nights. See more about our Children and Student ministries HERE.
Community Outreach: At Solano Valley Church, we are constantly looking for ways to better serve our Fairfield/Suisun community and surrounding areas while building bridges to the Gospel. We feel that involving ourselves in our local community reflects the very heart of the gospel.
CARE Ministry: The purpose of the CARE Ministry is to lift up those who are going through a difficult time by providing support and encouragement because they matter to God and to us. The ministry works in conjunction with the small group ministry to ensure church wide coordination. See more about the CARE Ministry HERE.
